This delightful house offers 3 bedrooms - one with a queen bed (A.C)and two with twin beds and wall fans. Large upstairs master bedroom is spacious with AC. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout property so guests can stay connected and comfortable during their stay. The 2 full bathrooms (one on both floors) each provide shower with hot water , bathtub and modern western toilets (Upstairs Bathroom open air with views) . Most of upstairs is open air With veranda for stargazing and view of ocean two directions one mile away and view across valley to cliffs to the west and mountains to the south and forest coconut palms to the east. The remainder of 2nd floor being a large Master bedroom with Air Conditioning. First floor has a full bathroom and two small bedrooms. The highlight of the first floor is the open Kitchen/living room design. The full kitchen has Marble counter tops, teak windows and doors (throughout house) and a custom Balinese ceiling that has to be seen to truly appreciate, Cooking utensils and cookware are provided for preparing food. French doors open to the garden/pool area. Large windows produce copious natural light and the stairs to the second floor with open air design create a constant natural air flow keeping the downstairs living area constantly cool and fresh. The Small private Pool is covered to keep it cool and refreshing with plenty of surrounding area to sunbathe. One car garage for keeping your motorbikes or car clean and dry. Surrounding wall provides a secure home with a hillside design that gives tremendous views of the ocean and surrounding forests creating a sense of being a part of the natural environment while maintaining safety.
