Το κέντρο / λιμάνι της Αγίας Άννας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα από το σπίτι με πολλά παραλιακά και πισίνα μπαρ, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων, σούπερ μάρκετ, ΑΤΜ, θαλάσσια σπορ κ.λπ. Μόλις 6 χλμ. Από τη Χώρα της Νάξου, 7 χλμ. Από το λιμάνι και 4 χλμ. Από το αεροδρόμιο. Σας προτείνω να μην νοικιάσετε αυτοκίνητο, γιατί ό, τι χρειάζεστε είναι πολύ κοντά και η μεταφορά με λεωφορείο είναι πολύ συχνή! Σε περίπτωση ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτου, παρακαλώ να νοικιάσετε ένα μικρότερο αυτοκίνητο, επειδή ο δρόμος που έρχεται κατευθείαν στο σπίτι είναι αρκετά στενός! Υπάρχει ένας μεγαλύτερος δρόμος και ένας δημόσιος χώρος στάθμευσης διαθέσιμος κοντά, αν οι επισκέπτες έχουν ένα μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο! Η στάση του δημόσιου λεωφορείου απέχει μόλις 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Το καλοκαίρι το λεωφορείο πηγαίνει στην πόλη της Νάξου (Χώρα), στον Άγιο Προκόπιο και στην Πλάκα κάθε μισή ώρα στην υψηλή περίοδο (Ιούλιος-Αύγουστος), αλλά όχι τόσο συχνά στη χαμηλή περίοδο.
