This luxury penthouse style corner residence is a true ski-in/ski-out located directly at the base of Snowflake lift, yet easy walk or shuttle ride to Main Street shops and restaurants. Vaulted ceilings in the living room, and both bedrooms create extra spaciousness. This is an end unit with windows on three sides allowing for town and mountain views and lots of natural light. .
Guests will appreciate all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, gas fireplace, radiant floor heat, private washer/dryer and a private deck overlooking Sawmill creek. The residence has a DSL high speed wireless access. Bedding arrangement includes a queen bed in the master, king bed and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a brand new sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.
Main street Breckenridge is walkable on Four O'Clock Road or if you don't feel like walking, catch a free shuttle ride to town - stop located 50 yards from the complex. The bus gives you access to anywhere you would want to go in town. There is a heated underground parking garage that keeps you and your car out of the elements. No need to haul your ski gear upstairs - leave it in your private heated locker in the garage.
There are 2 hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor), a sauna, a steam room and a workout room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you would need to prepare a meal. TV's and VCR/or DVD are in each room.
