Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for executive/ vacation or short term stay. 25-45 mins to World Class skiing/boarding, hiking, & biking. Newly remodeled with granite countertops, huge master bedroom with a memory foam topper on the mattress and "My Pillow" pillows (very very comfy); We even go so far as to provide space heaters and heated blanket on the queen bed so that you are as "toasty" as you want to be in the winter. Separate outside private entrance, European shower all in Italian tile.

Summary: This is a very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen gets lots of pleasant afternoon sunlight. Paul and Frances are lovely people who are very attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend this listing to skiers because of its location near the UTA park and rides. We would definitely stay here again!
