Positive: Apartment had a kitchen that met all our needs. Plenty of space to sleep maybe ~5 people if needed. The one shower worked well and there were plenty of heaters throughout the apartment.
Negative: The apartment had no living room(listing said it did). The area around the apartment did not feel the safest. Many people in the streets yelling in foreign languages (non-german) and homeless people living in the adjacent park. I was traveling with my wife and new born baby and did not feel safe when leaving/returning to the apartment and would not have considered a late night out (post 7pm).
Summary: Everything you need in an apartment, not the best area to get caught in.
