Guests enter Haven on the Heritage by following the sidewalk from the driveway to the front door of this home. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the living room, kitchen, family room and dining area. The laundry room and second master suite are located off of the family room. The first master suite, queen guest bedroom and guest bedroom are located down the hall from the living room. The french doors in the living room lead to a large stone patio that overlooks the backyard & golf course.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. Summary: We stayed at this home for our golf weekend. Neat and clean when we arrived and good communication by the host. House was nice sized and well equipped for our group. Great view of the PGA golf course, I would highly recommended this home for your next stay.
