Summary: First and foremost, Jean-Pierre is amazing! He stayed in constant contact with us and was very solicitous of all our needs. Although the pictures are fairly accurate, they seem to have been taking quite some time ago. Many things in the house seemed run down or not quite clean. Furthermore, there seems to have been a problem with the windows (chauking?). During a huge rain storm we ended up with a 1/2 inch of water on the floor of the upper level. I think, with a bit of TLC, the place could easily be a five again.
