Summary: I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed. I chose this because the location was between UB and wine district, and close enough to downtown Buffalo, and of course the price was right. Although somewhat dated and threadbare, the room and linens were nice and clean. Beds were both pretty hard and somewhat noisy ( creaky?). The biggest problem was in the bathroom. The sink, counter and mirror have been upgraded, but the tub and tile are sorely in need of attention. Visible blackened grout, not sure if it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Next time I’ll spend a bit more.
