Spectacular Arroyo Roble boasts 9 acres with 600 feet of frontage on the historic, rushing clear waters of beautiful Oak Creek, along with its own lush, manicured landscape.
The master bedroom features a king bed, an in suite fireplace & TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV, and there's also a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room. With 2-1/2 bathrooms, all of which have just been fully renovated, there's plenty of private space. The master bathroom even features a jetted bathtub so guests can relax in style.
The spacious newly renovated living area features a beautiful fireplace, comfortable new seating, a large TV and 6 person dining table for extra comfort. A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill give you the option of dining in, and there's even a washer/dryer unit in your unit.
Enjoy marvelous amenities like AC, WiFi, 2 gas fireplaces & great recreation facilities. Those include an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis, racquetball, pickleball, basketball, fitness room, billiards, game room & even a public piano, all available at no charge during your stay.
Your home away from home is located downtown with private access to beautiful Oak Creek, convenient walking to restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping & tour operators and even hard to find free private parking! Cleaning services are available and the friendly front desk staff is happy to assist with any questions during your stay.
