A rare find, this lovely 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath guest house is located in one of the most desirable areas in the Town of Palm Beach, just steps away from Worth Avenue and the Midtown Beach. The guesthouse is completely private and has access to the pool (although shared, the owner does not use it). The tastefully appointed living/dining/kitchen area has an open plan overlooking the pool, which features lounge chairs and a table for dining al fresco. Each bedroom has a king bed. This property sleeps up to 4 people. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.
