Enjoy your vacation in our gated luxury Terrazas condominium located within the Bahia Principe Resort in the Riviera Maya. The exceptional landscape overlooks the Tulum Country Club countryside surrounded by Mayan jungle. Style and tranquility will be the stars of your vacation and the comfort and privacy provided our condominium will make you feel at home. Guests will have the best of both worlds when you stay at Terrazas, the peacefulness of a golf course community with all the amenities of resort living. You will also be a short drive away from swimming with the turtles in Akumal, the Mayan ruins of Tulum, and shopping and the nightlife of Playa Del Carmen. The Terrazas complex includes three pools, children’s play area, and two outdoor social areas for grilling.
Inside this community lies the Tulum Country Club Golf Course A 27-hole exclusive course with magnificent Mayan jungle, natural lakes and cenotes in a rugged geography. This impressive piece of architecture was designed by the worldwide renowned Robert Trent Jones II. The Tulum Country Club has an 18-hole Championship course plus an executive 9-hole Par 3 golf course. You will receive a 50% discount off green fees.
We recommend you have your own transportation such as a rental car. This will allow you to discover all that the Mayan Rivera has to offer on your own schedule. However, if you do not have your own car, shuttles will transport you to the exclusive beach resort during you stay. You also have exclusive use of the owners Kay Club on the beach at the resort side of the property. You can also have the all-inclusive option by purchasing day passes at a reduced fee through Bahia Principe. This will allow you unlimited food and drinks throughout the Bahia Principe Resort. Gate 48 management will assist you with anything that you need, from transportation, tours and advice to make your stay more enjoyable. You will also have access to my Property Manager who will be available 24 hours a day during your stay. The unit is accessible by an elevator, and there is also 24 hr. security dedicated to the complex.

Summary: Almost everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Check-in was a breeze, the condo was modern and spacious and exactly as advertised. The Blossom team was welcoming from our arrival and unobtrusively attentive for the remainder of our stay. The condo is well situated near Tulum, major cenotes, the Yal-kú Lagoon, Xel-ha and Akumal Bay. Access to the Bahia Principle facilities is a major feature. We love Mexico and Las Terrazas will definitely be near the top of our list when we choose to return.
