Summary: Serg was friendly and checked in with me upon my arrival. Upon first glance, this appears to be the perfect property: nicely decorated, beautiful view, and great location. Quickly, things fall apart: the sheets were soiled and had hair on them, the tubs and showers were both dirty, the drawers where the dishes were had dirt in the bottom, there was molded bread in the cabinets, and there was no tissue. We brought our own linen and towels because this is how we travel when renting and not staying in a hotel. We had to use our own linen on the beds. When I made the host aware of this issue, he told me that the apartment had been cleaned and the stains were bleach stains. He brought tissue by and apologized. Outside of the cleanliness, the property was great.
