The Villa
The architecture of the villa is in the style of traditional
aegean villas. The customary ocher façade surrounded by palms, olive trees, gardens and citrus plants make this luxury villa an oasis of calm and relaxation.

wonderful location close to town center but quietly .

The Apartment
2-Bed bedroom Apartment in first floor (approx.
80 sq m) with a huge balcony, a living room with
kitchenette and bathroom. The Apartments has a separate entrances via the stairwell.
Well appointed flat, situated in a large garden with a
South/East facing panoramic view to citrus (oranges,
mandarins, clementines, satsumas) plantation and
mountains, with an incredible sunset every morning.
The apartments can sleep comfortably with one queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom. The apartments are tastefully decorated ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen appliances
include a built in stove top with 4-gas burners and a refrigerator with deep freeze.
The Apartments haas also dishwasher, washing machine, coffemaker, satellite TV and wireless internet.
Windows and balcony doors are fitted with mosquito nets. This prevents insects from entering the room even when the window is open.
