Renovated to a very good standard in 2019 this property has all you’ll need to feel right at home. Felin Gogoyan comprises a fully fitted kitchen leading to a dining room and utility room. Along with a cosy living room with a wood burner, perfect in the winter months, or just after a day of exploring the local area. Patio doors lead into the garden where you’ll find the hot tub area - perfect for relaxing in an evening after a long day hiking or biking. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, the first with a kingsize bed and Freeview TV, perfect for lazy mornings in bed, and the second with zip and link twin beds which makes this property great for accommodating small families or couples’ holidays. An upstairs shower room completes this wonderful property.
Ideally located for exploring the countryside, walks can be taken directly from the door, and for those wanting to mountain bike there are plenty of trails in the area. This is a great location for exploring and further afield beaches can be found 15 miles from the property so you have the best of both worlds at your fingertips. Private fishing of 1½ miles on the river can be enjoyed between March and October (licence required). The river is renowned for salmon and trout.
