There are beautiful walks right from the doorstep in these tranquil surroundings and wonderful views of the famous Brecon Beacons, an official Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Wales’ first and only the fifth destination in the world to be granted the status of an international dark sky reserve. Just a stones’ throw away, the Brecon Beacon National Park, is abundant with wildlife, and is home to many walks (tame or challenging) and enchanted sites nestled amongst tumbling waterfalls and rugged countryside. The historic town of Llandeilo is a short drive away and is famous for its award-winning chocolate shop, boutique shopping and elegant restaurants dotted around the town.
