Please note: There is a large wildlife pond in the grounds.. Ty Gwair (which means haybarn in Welsh) has been renovated to a high standard in 2022 and is perfect for a break away, or for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding areas that this property has to offer straight from the front door. Ty Gwair consists of an open plan living space and offers a wood burner, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. There are two bedrooms (the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom) and a further family shower room. Outside is an enclosed lawned garden. This detached barn conversion lies on the owners’ small holding and there is plenty to discover in terms of walks and wildlife here.
Access to the fields can be gained with permission, depending on the whereabouts of livestock. Additionally, via a bridleway and footpath straight from the yard is access to Longwood Community Woodland, a 300 acre woodland with footpaths and bridalways as well as a visitor centre.
