The apartment lies on the first floor facing south, yet not on the road and offers a wonderful view over the alpine world of the mountains more than 4000m high. The kitchen with dining area is well equipped. A TV including local channels, which offers a lot of interesting information, is in place. The apartment's location is very central. All shopping facilities, post office, bank, grocery store, bakery and pharmacy are right on the doorstep. The cable cars are 5-10 minutes away from the house. Also the bus stops are nearby. If the weather is bad, there is a cinema and a recreational centre only a few metres away.

Starting from the house Vogelweid, his former residence, you climb up to the Bärenfalle, from where the path leads to the Melchboden and the cafe Alpenblick.
