Summary: First of all. when booking the property we had to practically sign our lives away. Tons of forms and paperwork and then upon check in , repeat signing and credit card info. Lots of rules which I get but fines if you go to the offices with a question. I was afraid to ask anyone where the gym was for fear of getting fined. Then the icing on the cake. 2 days before checkout I asked to extend our stay 1 night. No problem , Extension was approved and I paid . Strangely they wanted me to pay in cash , which I did not. But on that extended day, I get call , I need to leave immediately they got a long term booking and too bad for me. My husband had just come out of the hospital and we were having work done on our home and had no place to go. They simply did not care! I find this business practice Not acceptable and would never book with them again. The apartment was ok, nothing special , pretty clean and quiet , but dated and In need of some TLC.
