On the heights of a small village Francomtois, this mansion of the 19th is a spacious house located near the Jura 23 km from Besançon and 15 minutes from Tgv station Besançon Franche Comté.
Surrounded by a closed park of 2000 m2, equipped with a heated and secure swimming pool, this charming house is ideal for families or friends.
Close to beautiful sights such as Ornans, Arc and Senans, you can also discover many hikes and waterfalls.
The house, with all the comforts of a modern house is spacious (3 levels of 85 m²) will welcome you for holidays, WE with family or friends. You will find: In the kitchen: Stove + oven, large fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette, toaster. In the dining room a beautiful oval table with extensions to easily dine to 14 people. The outdoor area is fully enclosed. Terrace equipped (chairs, tables and parasol), barbecue. A washing machine and a freezer are available in the basement. The 5 rooms decorated with care share on 3 floors. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower on the 1st floor and a bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor, the house is equipped with 2 independent toilets. The 2nd and last floor has been completely refurbished you will find the 5th and huge room (45 m2) consisting of 3 double beds and acting as a games room, the 2nd bathroom. The pool is heated and secure. Sheets and towels are provided, there are shutters at each window, heating is included.

You will have access to the entire property and the pool from May to October Please remove your shoes to access the floors and report objects, games or devices damaged or broken during the stay. Thank you for respecting the neighborhood during your visit
