## Space
Villa Jardim dos Pinheiros is a villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over a main house and a separate annex. The owners have poured their love into this house and redecorated it to modern comfort and high standards without losing the traditional white-washed touch that is so typical for Portuguese coastal houses. You will fall in love with it from the moment you enter the property.
With two bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house and two of each in the annex building, the villa is ideal for big family groups or two smaller families traveling together. All bedrooms are equipped with super comfy and large beds. The main house with it's two terraces is spacious and bright with an open living/dining area and can easliy host everyone together. Why not cook up a storm for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen incl. wine bar? And when it's time to wind down, the annex also has it's own smaller lounge and kitchen to enjoy more private time. For full comfort, all spaces have AC available and there is a separate laundry area available as well.
The garden and gated private saltwater pool come with sun loungers, pool bar and covered patio area. The big lounge terrace gives way to beautiful open views of the green resort with it's abundance of pine trees (hence our house's name, Pine Tree Garden). The pool can be heated at request and against an extra charge.
All of this is ideally located on the tranquil resort area 'Quinta da Balaia'. If you manage to become bored at the house, you can easily make your way to popular and bustling Albufeira town. It is only 15 minutes on foot to the newer part of Albufeira with many shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy and about 5 minutes by car to the old town and the variety of beautiful beaches you can choose from in this area.

## Neighborhood
You are a 5-minute drive into the popular tourist town of Albufeira which has something for everybody. If the lively strip is not for you then why not try the Old Town which has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history with the beautiful church of St Anne's and the old statue of St Michael.
The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for buying souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.
If you want to stay local you have a small supermarket , cafes and bars within walking distance of the apartment and you are also on the local bus service route to take you into Albuferia or if you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.
## Transit
From Faro Airport you can easily rent a car, take an Uber, Taxi or book a reliable transfer.
Because the villa is located in at Quinta da Balaia, outside Albufeira, we recommend to rent a car to explore more of the Algarve.
Within Albufeira area you can easily find local busses, taxis, Ubers or TukTuks to cover short distances.
