Situated on 30 acres of natural conservation area, the 132 Hidden Forest Vacation Townhomes feature beautiful views of Florida nature and peaceful waters. The neighborhood shares our innovative ECO-Club, which offers an assortment of amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center and playground.

Every Zenodro clubhouse features a beautiful commissioned piece of art sitting atop the waterfall in our resort-style pool. Soak in the Florida lifestyle and make every day a pool day.

There’s a $99 resort fee that needs to be paid separately before entering the house.
Please note that we have fees for pets, pool heating and BBQ grill. Let us know if you have any questions.
HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the driveway.
2- Checkout must be on time. We usually have other guests coming and you will be charged a fee for delaying the cleaning team – which is already around the house at 10am. If you need a late checkout for any reason, you can request at least 1 day earlier and we will send you the $70 fee for more 2 hours inside the house. More than 2 hours is charged as a full day.
3- Please leave the place as tidy as possible. If it is very dirty and damaged - and we take pictures of everything - we will need to charge for a deep cleaning that is needed to be paid for the cleaning team.
4- For those who paid the non-refundable pet fee, we request that your pet stay downstairs and don't sleep on any of the beds or you might lose your security deposit. Pets can cause unexpected damages in the beds and carpets even with the most careful owners.
5- At the end of your stay, please remember to put all the trash inside bags. Loose trash is prohibited and it can cause the villa to send us a fine. Take the trash to the bin outside or to the nearest dumpster. We appreciate your collaboration!
6- Please avoid leaving stains on the towels or linens such as from makeup, blood or any other type that is not possible to be removed. We might charge you for the damaged towels if we are unable to clean it.
7- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request for heating. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we can give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating.
8- There is also a $70 fee to use the BBQ for the cleaning team. After the stay we receive pictures of the BBQ grill as procedure and we can charge you later if it shows it has been used (dirty). We do provide the propane tank for the grill, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves if needed.
9- If you need something to be fixed, towels or any type of unexpected need, we can send a handyman to provide or a technician to make an emergency repair during your stay. Communicating we can solve any issue you have.
10- The security deposit will be refunded 5-7 business days after check out. This is a necessary measure to prevent guests from leaving without paying when they break, stain or permanently damage objects or furniture in the house.
PET / DOG / CAT RULES
We have a non-refundable fee of $ 150 to bring up to 2 dogs, for 3 dogs the fee is $ 250.00. The maximum number of dogs allowed is 3.
