Come relax and enjoy our tranquil home near Disney World in a quiet neighborhood! The home is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping plazas.
The Disney World exit is 1 mile away from the house and a short 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
Walmart and a string of food places are just around the corner!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
The space
Our home is clean, spacious and ready to accommodate you and your family on your special trip! Every room and bathroom has clean and spare sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and basic necessities.

You are welcome to use the whole house. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is a door to the left when you walk into the house that leads you right to them. Parking is free and available in the driveway and along the street.

Summary: When looking at the last minute for a vacation property, I came across this newly listed home. What a treasure it turned out to be! It gave my husband and I everything we were looking for, ie. proximity to our family in Wintergarden, a short and easy commute to the Disney parks, a nice quiet neighborhood, and a pristine, private, heated pool. The house was just as it was described in the listing. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with how clean the house was and appreciated the lovely decor. Our hosts, Eugene and Eva, a wonderful couple, had left us a welcome note. They reached out to make sure everything was to our liking and we felt at home immediately. Even though it was a colder than normal 6 weeks that we were there, the pool heated quickly so that we were able to enjoy it. The furniture and beds were comfortable, which happened to be an issue in the last property we had rented. Without a doubt, we would stay in this property again. Thank you, Eugene and Eva, for making our snowbird vacation home very hard to leave!
