Our 6 bedrooms are all beautifully furnished with king and queen suites, each with private baths. When you stay with us, you'll be able to relax and unwind in style, with all the amenities of home—and more! If you have little ones with you on your trip, don't worry—we have 2 bedrooms that have professionally painted murals of the Disney films Coco and Moana! Your kids will love them!
And since we know that adults need some time to themselves too, we've provided a lovely sitting area in our living room where they can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while watching TV or reading a book.
Our home features an amazing Pizza Planet themed game room, complete with a Playstation 5 on a 65" smart TV. Bring back the days of your youth by enjoying the two player arcade machine that has over 1000 games ranging from Atari, Saga, classic Nintendo, Super Nintendo, to N64 and more! Or, enjoy even more gaming on the cocktail sit down arcade machine with over 60 classic arcade games. Traveling with tiny ones? They'll also enjoy the two mini arcade machines that have six different games to keep them entertained. Your family game night is guaranteed to be a blast!
Don't want to miss the BIG GAME? You will adore the home theatre room. Make every night a movie night with the 86" smart TV w/ surround sound. The theatre has seating for 14, including eight comfortable leather theatre seats. There's a mini-split HVAC unit that provides cooling or heating, when needed.
When you need a break from all the fun inside, head outside for some fun in the sun as you relax in our **heated private pool! A safety fence with a self-closing safety gate provides the ultimate protection for inquisitive little ones. The fully enclosed pool and patio contain pool-side loungers, a six seat table set and an outdoor couch. If you want even more adventure, our home is walking distance from the clubhouse which features a large pool with slide, lazy river, and on-site restaurant.
**Please note: to heat the pool there is an additional daily fee of $30 (recommended October through April)

* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.
Solterra Resort is a gated community which boasts an enormous zero entry pool, jacuzzis, a corkscrew water slide, and lazy river. Or bring your rackets or paddles and play some tennis or pickleball! There is a stunning clubhouse for you to relax in with computers and printers should you need to conduct any business on your trip. There is Cafe Sol, a snack bar/grill that serves lunch, snack, beer and wine. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the pool after golfing or taking a break from the parks. Open daily to residents and their registered guests.
Solterra is convenient to everything in the Orlando area. Disney World, Universal, Orlando's many attraction destinations and the Orange County Convention Center are minutes away. So are the area's best shopping destinations. The city of Davenport also has several annual festivals.

Our home is located in Davenport, which is 11 miles from Disney and close to other parks and many golf courses! When you are on your way to our house you will pass through Champions Gate which has grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. It is a beautifully laid out area. About 4 miles from our home is Posner Park which has stores such as Target, Starbucks, a movie theatre and several other shops and restaurants. Plenty of spots for any additional needs you may have during your stay.
