This luxurious beach front condo is located just 10 minutes south of the airport and 10 minutes north of Down Town Puerto Vallarta. This unit is brand new and features several high end amenities. The full kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, Microwave, full size fridge, granite counter tops, and dual sink. It is completely supplied with dishes, glasses, cutlery, blender, toaster, coffee machine, etc... The spacious living room and dining area feature ocean views, a full size leather couch, 75 inch T.V and a table with seating for six. Just outside is a large double wide patio that features wall to wall sliding glass doors that can open the width of the unit providing an incredible open air experience. The patio has an outdoor couch and love seat for your lounging pleasure. One bedroom has two full sized memory foam beds, walk in closet, and an attached double sink vanity bathroom with shower. The other has a king size memory foam bed with an attached bathroom and shower that also has door access to the main hallway. Both of the bedroom overlook the majestic mountains to the east providing breathtaking views to wake up to. Each room also has a sliding glass door that provides access to the double wide patio. The condo is equipped with central air conditioning and in unit washer and dryer. The Grand Venetian is a secure facility with a 24/7 guarded entry gate and underground parking. There are 4 spas and 5 pools on the property 3 of which are beachfront pools with infinity edges. There is a guarded access gate to the beach where you have access to provided palapas and chairs roped off from the public. If you are hungry or looking for a cool beverage there is a pool bar and restaurant as well! For those staying for multiple weeks there is a weekly maid service included with our standard cleaning fee! Our family has fallen in love with this property and believe you will too.
