Across the rear and with glass doors to enjoy the fabulous views of the river is a family room with wall mounted TV, comfortable electric recliners and doors out to the undercover pergola with BBQ and outdoor setting.
There are 2 other areas for sitting and reading quietly or playing games or maybe doing a jigsaw or two. Plenty of room for friends or family to spread out.
