At Villa Simonetta, you will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus (Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line). By the pool, you will also find a bathroom, which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a stunning view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The pool is open from the middle of April until the middle of October.
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. In the living room there are two sofas, a dining table which can accommodate 24 guests, satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Capri. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen, three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.
There are 12 ensuite bedrooms which each have a double bed (170cm wide and 196cm long), a satellite television, air conditioning/heating unit, a safe and a window. Some of the bedrooms have access to the terrace through a French door and sea views. Each bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
All the double beds can be separated and made into singles so each bedroom can be a double or a twin. Your preferred bed configuration needs to be communicated to us prior to arrival.
