Mandatory Return Seaplane charges (to be paid to the hotel)
From now until August 30, 2025, USD 425 net per adult USD 280 net per child From September 1, 2025, onwards USD 445 net per adult USD 300 net per child.
The resort will arrange the transfers as per the international flight landing times however the seaplane only operates during daylight hours which is from 06:00 AM to 04:00 PM, and all guests will require to check-in at the seaplane counter on or before 04:00 PM.
Any guests arriving in international flights after 04:00 PM will have to arrange their own accommodation for the first night with their own expenses and travel to the resort the next day.
Any guests departing on international flights earlier that 09:00 AM will have to depart the resort one day prior to reach the international airport on time.
Moreover, the resort requires guest to provide their international flight details (flight number and arrival time) at least 03 days (72 hours) prior to arrival to arrange the transfers irrespective of whether transfers are included or not in your package. If flight details are not received 72 hours prior to arrival will result in long waiting hours at the airport as the seats will be booked in the last available seaplane.
The baggage allowance for the seaplane is 20 kilograms for the main luggage and 5 kilograms hand for the hand luggage per person, any excess luggage is chargeable and will have to be paid directly to the transfer provider.
Furthermore, in the event of Force Majeure where arrival and departure transfers may not be arranged at scheduled times or cancellation of seaplane via the service provider the resort is not liable for any compensation claims due to such delays.
