We do not allow pets to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, especially those with allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
Winter Travel Advisory:
For snowy conditions, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. CHP may require tire chains to travel the mountain. While the county regularly plows the roads, timing can vary. We will clear snow so you can park and enter the house, but you may need to remove snow from your vehicle or stairs during your stay. A snow shovel will be provided, and caution is advised in these areas. If you prefer a company to remove snow during your stay, we can provide contacts which you can arrange and pay for.
Electricity Notice:
Power outages can occur in the mountains, especially during extreme weather conditions. To ensure your comfort and safety, our cabin is equipped with an automatic backup generator that activates as needed. This generator will keep essential items like lights, electronics, and the refrigerator running smoothly. Please note that the washer and dryer may not function while the generator is in use during a power outage. Thank you for your understanding!
Wildlife Notice:
Please be aware that while you enjoy the beauty of nature in the mountains, you may also encounter local animals. We do thoroughly clean the cabin between guests and conduct regular pest control.
Important Safety Notes:
• Home requires climbing stairs. There are interior and exterior stairs.
• There are 2 off street parking spaces on top of the garage. Do not park in the steep driveway. Low cars may bottom out out at your own risk. There is free street parking but do not block snowplows during snowfall as you may get ticketed or towed.
• There are heights without rails or protection as the property is on a steep hillside.
• May encounter potentially dangerous animal. There are animals and insects in this mountain environment. Please keep food indoors and avoid leaving it outside or in vehicles.
• Exterior security cameras on property located outside of the property which record video and audio.

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers

Sauna Rules:
• Payment: Access code is provided after payment of $45.
• Shower Prior: Please shower with soap and water before use.
• Recommended Time: 15-20 minutes.
• Attire: Wear swimwear or workout clothes only; no shoes.
• Towel: Take a clean towel to sit on and to dry perspiration.
• No Food/Drinks: Food and drinks are not allowed inside.
• No Water on Heater: Do not pour water over the heater.
• Wipe Down: If very sweaty, please wipe down your area using the natural sauna cleaner only.
• Children: Sauna use is not recommended for children. Do not leave children unattended in or around the sauna while it is turned on/in use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please review VRBO's cancellation policy. Outside of this policy, we do not offer any refunds.
We understand the weather is unpredictable but if the roads to Crestline are open, we will not issue any refunds. During the winter months, CHP may require chains or cables to travel up or down the mountain.
If your plans change, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we'd be more than happy to assist you in rescheduling your stay! Thanks for your understanding!
House Rules for a Enjoyable and Stress-Free Stay:
Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. No loud music outside the home at anytime.
Guest Limit: Only the confirmed number of guests from your booking are allowed at the cabin. Additional guests will lead to eviction without a refund. Maximum guests permitted is 8.
No Parties: Hosting parties is strictly prohibited and may incur fines starting at $1,000, as per county ordinance. The guest will be responsible for any fines issued.
No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly no smoking or vaping on the property, including tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes. Evidence of smoking will incur a $500 fee.
Prohibited Items: Firearms, fireworks, drones, and illegal drugs are not allowed on the property.
Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Mail/Packages: Please do not send or receive mail or packages to the property.
Commercial Filming/Photography: Not permitted.
Security: Do not tamper with approved security devices or locks.
Cleanliness: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Do not use tape or stickers on any surfaces. No glitter or confetti. Do not rearrange furniture.
Check-Out: Please check out by the designated time.
Contact: Message us anytime between 7 AM and 9 PM for non-urgent matters.
