With capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms, the accommodation offers a ground floor design with a cosy interior patio where you will enjoy a refreshing pool, outdoor furniture and natural shade areas. For the little ones, there are special loungers, although access to the pool is via built-in stairs, so supervision is recommended.
The outdoor area includes a barbecue and a family table under a covered porch, perfect for unforgettable family lunches and dinners. Inside, the independent kitchen is equipped with induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, and communicates with the living room-bedroom which has a double sofa bed for the fifth and sixth places. In addition, the dwelling has a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower tray.
Rest is guaranteed with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed at both heights. The living room also functions as an additional room with a double sofa bed. The living room has air conditioning and heat pump heating to ensure comfort in any season, as well as two fans for greater freshness.
The house is very well located to access by car to numerous points of interest in the province, such as the Natural Site of El Torcal de Antequera, Málaga capital, the Agujero Reservoir, the Conception Botanical Garden, Antequera and Granada. In addition, it is located just 300 metres from the centre of Casabermeja and very close to restaurants, supermarkets and other local services.
