Summary: Room was very clean, spacious, quiet, with nice views and equipped with plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking. Grocery, eateries, and bus terminal within a few walking minutes away. Taxi service and restaurant on the premises as well a a beautiful pool/lounge area. Without a doubt the best "bang for my buck". I would rent any property owned by Christian, sight unseen.
