Negative: The third bedroom was in a garage. It was dark and hot in there not inviting at all. The pullout couch was a sectional that you took one side and turned into the other side extremely hard said it was a queen, but there was no way two people could sleep on that The air went out on Saturday morning. We had to leave for the day I sent multiple text letting them know what had happened. I talked to somebody before we came back home. I asked if it was fixed. They told me the maintenance was there it was fixed. Got home it was 82 in there stayed that way all night us that we were sleeping upstairs had to sleep downstairs on the floor We left the next morning I contacted people through calling and text was told it would be fixed before we came home that day they said maintenance was there. It was fixed got home. It was 86 in there never ended up getting fixed until about 6 o’clock that day Two days in the house in the high 80s having to sleep on the floor and then the one that was sleeping in that garage bedroom ended up, sleeping out on the floor in the TV room too because it was so hot in there and so dark and not inviting I already sent one complaint asking for some of my money back and I still have heard nothing back
