You can be one of the first to call this your temporary home. New on the market in November 2018, this 2600 sq. foot, 4 bedroom with a den (5)/3 bathrooms is now ready for your vacation.
Here are the sleeping arrangements by bedroom:
MASTER BEDROOM - 1 KING Tommy Bahama Suite with attached bathroom - walk-in shower, dual vanity and soaking tub. Also includes flat screen TV with cable. Sleeps 2.
Nautical BEDROOM - 1 QUEEN size bed with bathroom in private hall - shower and single vanity. Flat screen LED TV with cable. Sleeps 2. Located off the great room/den and to pool and jacuzzi. Sleeps 2.
SHABBY CHIC BEDROOM - 1 QUEEN size bed with hall bathroom - shower/tub combo and single vanity. Flat screen LED TV with cable. Sleeps 2.
DISNEY like BEDROOM - 2 TWIN/SINGLE beds with hall bathroom – shower/tub combo and single vanity. Sleeps 2.
DEN/PLAYROOM/BEDROOM - 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa with NO SPRINGS, so comfy, just outside 1st Master Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
The layout of the house is conducive to large family gatherings - there is a gathering place for the tweens and teens and another for the adults. The master and convertible 5th bedroom is on one side of the villa and the other side has 3 bedrooms. There is a large central, open area with a combined great room and kitchen.
The mattresses are comfy and all have mattress and pillow protectors and covers, duvets, bed linens, towels, TVs and other décor touches and accessories you would find in a five-star resort.
The games room and entertaining space include a 65” 4D TV, a large wooden bar cabinet, 8-foot Italian slate pool table, and foosball. Other touches include a gaming system (remember to bring your own games and controllers); board games, books, and DVD libraries; and so on.
There is a west facing pool with a lanai and screened area with chairs, areas to lay and play for hours of entertainment. A BBQ grill is provided as a convenience for your use.

Summary: What can I say, only the greatest enjoyment my family had in a while. The parks Universal and Disney were close. There was what ever you needed in good proximity. The Home made the vacation. The open areas, several bedrooms and baths. The pool and outside area was mostly enjoyed. My grandson 8 just couldn't get enough of the pool, as everyone else felt the same. There was more playing volleyball and communication, just hanging and floating, then anywhere else. Along with the open area of living room and kitchen. Oh, we can't forget the game room, Pac-Man I am the champ!!(maybe)lol. Thank you for sharing your Home and adding to our wonderful vacation. The Brady, Milhaven, Shewol Family. New York
