Newly renovated for summer 2021, 1 Railway Cottage is a comfortable 2 bedroom semi-detached cottage in Dalraddy, 6 miles south of Aviemore (3 miles North of Kincraig). It is a rural location near loch Alvie and only 200m from Dalraddy Holiday Park which has an outdoor foodcourt with market stalls at the weekend and access to quad biking, archery and a children's play area and a small grocery store.
These are traditional railway cottages, with the railway line situated approximately 20 meters away.
Should you be looking to visit with friends/family, 2 Railway Cottage (next door) is also available to rent.
The cottage is comfortably furnished with all the mod cons you would expect in a fully equipped holiday home including wifi.
Ground floor: The living room and kitchen are open plan with a woodburning stove and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Upper floor: Double bedroom and twin bedroom (2 singles).
Outdoor space: Deck with table and chairs, lawned area for kids to play. The garden is not enclosed (for pets and small children).
**There is no mains tv signal at the cottages, you can cast to the TV from your phone or laptop using the samsung app, or take your firestick/chrome cast if you have.
