Summary: We were two couples who stayed for 1 month. The house is a very basic house, not luxurious, but very well located with easy walks to the beach and short drives to everywhere else in Sea Pines. We loved its location and surrounding neighborhood.During our first week, we had problems with one toilet that required 3 visits from a plumber to fix, but the rental agent was very responsive to our phone calls and the plumber showed up promptly. The house was very clean on arrival, and the kitchen, baths, and bedding were all perfectly cleaned. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable, but could use some updates. In particular, upholstered furniture is very worn, and the kitchen could use some TLC. (We brought our own Keurig coffee maker, and had to buy a corkscrew because none was available, worked around the kitchen cabinet that was falling off it hinges, and used a lot of elbow grease before using the grill, lol.)If you are looking for a good location and a comfortable and spacious — but basic — house, 1 deer run lane totally works.
