Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2-acre woodlands. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the garden, 20 yards.. Set in the Upper Alde Valley, between the historic market towns of Framlingham and Saxmundham, The Coach House offers charming, spacious, detached holiday accommodation. Sympathetically converted and located next to the owners home, it retains much original character and has been furnished to a high standard. An ideal base for cycling or walking, and featuring its own 2-acre woodland walk. The Suffolk Heritage Coast at Aldeburgh is 10 miles. Snape Maltings Concert Hall is 5 miles. Also conveniently situated for RSPB reserve at nearby Minsmere, Southwold and Walberswick. Shop 2 miles, pub ¼ mile.

Summary: Had such a lovely relaxing weekend at The Coach House. Everything was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and so comfortable. The weather was horrible, which made the log fire in the evenings more welcoming and the 2 acre woods right next to the property was perfect for the dogs. Will definitely be returning.
