This is a private 1-bedroom apartment. It is quiet and extremely comfortable. From when you walk in with your private door code you will feel right at home. There are special treats left for you to enjoy. From fresh fruit, farm fresh eggs, complimentary breakfast items we ask if you like bagels of fresh baked whole grain bread or special requests. Plus, coffee, espresso, tea, and hot chocolate. There are other surprises and special things to help your stay to be relaxing. We are close to both Orlando and Sanford airport. Nightlife, concerts, great food, and all theme parks are minutes away.

This house is in an area only cars that live here Come here. Parking is on the property in front of the apartment. There are extra blankets, sheets, and towels. The kitchen has all you need to cook or order in. We are always available to whatever you may need. There is beautiful Blanchard Park one mile away. That has a running path over ten miles long. The 408 rt 50 and the 417 are all routes that lead you to all the best places in Orlando.

Summary: I cannot express how much I LOVE this place and the owners. I work in the vacation rental industry and stay at vacation rentals whenever I can. This is by far the best place I've ever stayed. I was traveling for work and needed a quiet place to stay with all the comforts of home. I got that and much more! Not only did the host provide fresh fruit, snacks and essentials in the fridge according to my preference,there was also a mini bar! After working hard all day it's nice to have the options of whatever I want and wind down. But bring cash if you indulge because you put cash in an 'Honesty Jar'. There is a private patio and everything inside was stellar and catered to you specifically. I will stay here every time I go to Orlando.
