Positive: The location was very scenic & Simone is a sweetheart. She is very helpful and friendly.
Negative: The location was on the outskirts which made it difficult for me to travel daily to exhibition center to Munich. The uber & taxi waiting was for longer time.
Summary: If staying for leisure then this place is like home.
