Positive: It's a newly renovated absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything was stylish and carefully selected — beautiful hardwood floor, antique-style beds and other furniture, and very tall wooden doors, combined with a modern bath, well-insulated windows, and an elevator. The shower in one of the bedrooms was a bit odd, but there's two showers so this is a luxury oddity. The owner came around on check-out to see whether we needed late checkout. All of this in an absolute prime location on Stará Louka, directly overlooking the Teplá. By foot, 3 minutes to Diana tower base station, or 5 minutes to market colonnade. Plenty of restaurants and hot springs in walking distance. We were blown away, this was an amazing stay far surpassing our expectations.
Negative: Parking is an issue, due to its location. We found parking on the other side of the river, about 500m foot distance.
