Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms
The lavish interiors consist of four bedrooms, a kitchen fitted with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality and a dining and sitting area that will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure.
The living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. This glamorous property meets luxury at its higher end and its most premium form. Fine art marks all the bedrooms gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with first-class comfort, design and amenities.
Two of the wonderful bedrooms are located on the lower level of the Villa, the former featuring a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) as well as boasting an exquisite en suite bathroom, a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin. The bedroom is lightened up with natural light from the window. Τhe second bedroom also features an exquisite King Size bed (1,80x2,00), with direct access to the back terrace, offering an en suite bathroom with a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin & an open splendid bathtub and double sink. One more guest (adult) or two small children can be accommodated in the sofa bed of this bedroom.
The lower floor also boasts a specially designed area with a washing machine & Tumble dryer, as well as a wonderful kitchenette (sink, hobs, mini refrigerator & espresso coffee machine).
An exquisite staircase leads to the ground floor where the remaining two bedrooms are located, the former boasting two single beds (0,90x2,00) and the latter boasting a Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00). Both of the bedrooms offer direct access to balcony and en suite bathroom with a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin.
The impeccable Zillion Villa boasts four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed located in the living room area, as well as one adult (or 2 children) in the sofa bed of the lower’s floor bedroom.

Outdoor Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:
- Pool & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

*The Villa is available during the winter months also and the pool will be open & clean - however there will be no possibility to heat the pool/ whirlpool then. During the winter period, the air-condition units also serve heating purposes and there is also a fireplace available for your utmost convenience.

Location Overview
Zillion Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.
The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
