This large single level home is perfect for families with two main bedrooms with queen size beds. It also has 2 other bedrooms with 2 singles in each. It's spacious and the well lit interior is designed to fit up to eight guests, with wide screen TV and reverse cycle air-con to keep you comfortable all year round.
Zens well equipped kitchen and, beautifully furnished, open living and dining spaces will delight friends who love to share a fine meal.
Stroll down to the gurgling winter-spring creek, or simply sit on the spacious main deck and savour some sensational local wine as watch the Yallingup sunset through the trees.
Guest will have access to the house plus 5 acres of native bushland surrounding.
House Rules
Zen @ Yallingup is our holiday home. We ask that you treat our home as you would your home. This also includes our neighbours on either side of us, although they are a fair distance away please respect them.
The water at Zen @ Yallingup is precious and supplied from a rainwater tank. Please use it sparingly.
Nightly tariff is based on 2 guests. Additional charge of $30 per person per night applies for any additional guests.
You cannot use Zen @ Yallingup as a party venue! A maximum of 8 people (kids and adults) can stay. There will be a charge of $100 per extra person should you exceed the permitted number of people.
No pets allowed
We’re strictly non-smoking inside. If smoking outside please be mindful of the bushfire risk. Dispose of cigarettes in a safe place.
Your stay includes cleaning and rubbish removal which extends ONLY to the bins provided. Anything excess to this YOU MUST TAKE AWAY YOURSELVES, or you will be charged for private waste removalists to collect the excess. Rubbish must be placed in plastic bags provided (under the sink) and removed to the bin provided in the car port. Recycling (glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, tins) must be placed in the separate recycling bin. Rubbish and the recyclables must not be mixed.
Reasonable use of services (heat, light, power & water) is expected. Please turn off all lights & heating/cooling when leaving, including when you leave the house during the day. Please close screens on all windows prior to departing.
We do understand there may be minor accidental damage like a broken glass & normal wear and tear. However, if damage, loss, or excess cleaning of a value greater than $10 occurs during or as a result of your stay, you agree to reimburse us our costs from the security deposit.
We will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered by you while at Zen @ Yallingup
Check In Check Out:
We’re pretty flexible – if we don’t have another booking on either side of yours then we are more than happy to try and accommodate your arrangements, subject to the commitments of our caretaker/ cleaner. If we do have a booking though, the times are strictly in after 2.30pm & out before 10.30am just so we can get the cleaning done properly.
if house rules are not followed then we reserve the right to enter Zen @ Yallingup without notice, to terminate your stay & to charge you for any associated costs incurred.
