Positive: Everything is brand new and modern. Just like the pictures. Good wifi. Spacious rooms Everything you would need in the kitchen. Also a clothes dryer at the side of the house. Amazing sunset from the backyard. Quiet area. Very close to fuel station, amazing bakery with good coffee and a big market with everything you could ask for. Parking spot just outside at the gate.
Negative: The cleaning lady didn't quite do the job before we checked in, we had to buy some disinfectant to wipe some places in the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of long black hair on the floor and the sofa and the bathroom, I don't know if it was from the previous guests or the cleaning lady. A lot of dust on the terrace chairs and table but there is a water hose on the side of the house, so we cleaned it a little bit. Also, a cover for the back terrace might be nice, to be able to sit there in the afternoon.
