Hunters and travelers - relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway. Large, fully furnished ranch home with all the benefits of a rural location, and only ten minutes from town! No hunting access is included. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and two separate living spaces with TV and fiber optic internet access. Pets are welcome - there is a fully fenced yard with doggy door access. No additional cleaning fee!
Notes on Ranch Life:
Water - while the tap water is safe, it is very high in sodium - not to mention pretty stinky! We recommend drinking water from the Reverse Osmosis system. It is the small faucet to the right of the regular kitchen sink faucet.
Roads - There is about a half mile of shale road into the house. If it has been dry, the road will be dusty. If it has rained or snowed, it could be muddy, snowy or icy. You can make it in a car, and do not need four wheel drive, just a heads up!
Internet - high speed fiber optic internet is available for your convenience. The password is Ytbunkhouse89.
Cell phones - Verizon and AT&T users will have full service at the home, others providers are hit and miss.
Please wear shoes when on the deck. The wood can cause splinters.
Please do not park on the lawn. Guests should park in front of the wood fence and gate, or on the lower flat area in front of the deck.
This house is in a rural area with no paved surfaces outside. Please watch your step for uneven ground and possibly slippery surfaces outside.
