Located at Sierra de Tramuntana, 10 Km from Valldemossa, this chalet with swimming pool and garden is perfect for 8 guests that seek for tranquil and private holidays.
This property is at Ses Rotgetes de Canet, a small urbanization at Sierra de Tramuntana, at the west of Mallorca. At 15 – 20 minutes driving you can get to Valldemosa, Alfabia’s gardens and Sóller. During winter and autumn season, this area is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, as the weather is mild. You can go to Salt d’Es Freu, Castell d’Alaró, Biniaraix and Barranc de Cúber or doing Camí des Correu that’s joint Banyalbufar with Esporlas. At the same time, in about 15 minute’s time you can get to the Festival Park Outlet and El Campo big Supermarket. In 10 minutes you will be able to get to the famous La Seu‘s Cathedral, museums, good restaurants and neighbourhoods such as Santa Catalina. Regarding the beaches you can choose Calas from la Sierra, as well as, Cala Banyalbufar or Llucalcari, and the south sandy white beaches, such as S’Arenal, Palmanova, Camp de Mar or Cala Mayor.
The chlorine swimming pool is surrounded by hedges and vegetation, so you will enjoy with absolute privacy. A good plan to spend the afternoon will be having a nap in a Caribbean hammock, or in one of the loungers. The children will find many terraces and a garden to play. To dinner there is nothing better that preparing a barbecue to enjoy with family and friends. The barbecue area includes a large table so all the family members can eat together. There is a staircase that leads you to the terrace with sunshade where you can ideally share a bottle of wine with your loved ones. All the cyclists can leave their bikes in the garage, but there is no space for any car. In the main entrance, you will find the living room where is a flat TV screen, books to read, board games and the dining area. Our guests will enjoy free WI-FI and Netflix with no extra cost. By the dining room is the kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender and even more. Three of the bedrooms are in the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and with an en suite bathroom with hot tub. The other two bedrooms at the ground floor come with a double bed of 1.5 x 2 meters each one. A part from the bathroom en suite, there is another one in the ground floor with an independent entrance, shower and a hair dryer. The third bathroom is outside the house, and comes with a shower. A spiral staircase goes to the first floor, where a bedroom with two single beds and a desk is, is ideal for 2 children. There is air conditioning only in the first floor bedroom with the two single beds. For our small guests we have a cradle and a highchair. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer machine, iron board and vacuum cleaner.

We do not accept youth groups younger than 27 years, except families with children.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night.
