Positive: The place itself is lovely—well-equipped and in a great location.
Negative: The pool and BBQ area weren’t clean when we arrived, yet we were charged $200 for supposedly not cleaning the BBQ—despite only using it once and making a conscious effort to scrape and clean it. We left the entire house in excellent condition: did the dishes, put everything away, swept the floors, placed used sheets and towels by the washer, and emptied all the bins. It was disappointing to have $200 taken with no acknowledgment of the care we took.
