We renovated, upgraded and furnished this 2,500 sqf lovely home to make it a year round comfortable, spacious and enjoyable place for our guests.
The kitchen is fully appointed with all appliances including stove, oven, coffee maker, refridgerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Bright masterbedroom has king bed, ensuite bathroom and access to terrace. Three other bedrooms provide queen beds. The open family room with access to the terrace gives the choice for using the extendable twin daybed with one or two twin mattresses. Extra sleeping space with a queen air mattress available for use on demand as well.
In two bedrooms you´ll find desks for your home office.
Spacious living room with access to terrace is furnished with comfy sofa, loveseat and two recliners under a fancy ventilator.
Samsung smart HDTVs are located in living room, master bedroom and family room.

Private fenced in backyard with furnished terrace. Terrace has a child safety fence with lockable gate to protect children to not enter the pool area unattended. Non-heated pool of 25,000 gallons size with depth range of app. 4 to 9 feet.
