On the 5th floor of a beautiful building, my apartment will welcome you with large windows and balconies that embrace every area of the house full of personality, where the furniture has been skilfully mixed between ancient and modern.
You will have 2 comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin (2 single beds) inside which a 2nd small communicating room has been created, equipped with a single bed
An airy living room with dining table and double sofa bed, 2 complete bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower, spacious fully equipped kitchen and long balconies from which to enjoy the view of the condominium garden.

THE DISTRICT:
The apartment is located in the "Solari" district in a strategic position between the famous Navigli district and the Tortona area, the beating heart of design especially during the "Salone del Mobile", an event that each year attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world.
With a pleasant walk, you will reach the ancient Navigli district, one of the most romantic, lively and well-known in Milan.
The Nuova Darsena is beautiful, where you can take a stroll sipping a beer in the company of the many customers and admiring the lights of the city reflected on the water of its canals.
The Navigli have a long history: they are in fact two of the canals that make up the intricate river system of the city, once entirely navigable: the Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese.
They are a perfect fusion between Old Milan and the sparkling nightlife.
