This property has been completely remodeled, RE-FURNISHED, FRESH NEW COAT OF PAINT, NEW DECOR and many other extras, you will not be disappointed, be the first to stay in this remolded Triplex in Lincoln Park!
Your stay:
When you step inside your home you'll find yourself on the first floor -Bright vibes throughout with large sunken living room which leads to the gorgeous front patio! In the living room you will have an AMAZING 82' 4k SMART TV, with a large comfortable sectional, a fireplace all to make a perfect cozy movie night! Towards the staircase that leads you to the other two floors of the property you will find yourself with a guest bathroom that is equipped with a shower and a big closet to store your jackets, boxes etc.
As you make your way onto the 2nd floor you will find yourself with features like; a fully stocked granite and stainless kitchen with new cabinets overlooking the tree-line from the abundancy of windows with amazing views of the neighborhood. The kitchen does have a large luxurious table that seats 4 comfortably. You will also have a desk with an office chair that can be used for your work needs, this desk will have the essential office supplies (pens, paper clips, white out, stapler, note pads and filer) throughout the property you are equipped with HIGH SPEED XFINTIY 1200 MBPS WIFI.

For the third floor extra privacy with your bedrooms located on this floor, and hall bath. Your master bedroom comes equipped with a SMART 55' TV, walk-in closet, queen size bed, double vanity sinks & walk-in shower. You'll love walking up in this cozy room!
For the second bedroom, you have a queen size bed, with a large closet, across the hallway is the shared bathroom with the master. (Master bedroom can close door in walk in closet for privacy).
This Modern Triplex is a perfect place to call your second home!

You will have access to the whole property, except for the outdoor garage, unless added to reservation!
