Superbly located - only 50m from nature reserve with excellent hiking trails; 150m from excellent fishing and 500m from the stunning beach, this massive home is an incredible abode.
With massive bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms, this home has accommodation for 10 people.
Sprawling across three levels, there is plenty of room to relax. Downstairs, you’ll be impressed by lounge room with couch and TV with Netflix. There’s also a large bedroom with queen bed. While access to the double garage provides the ultimate convenience
On the middle Level, there is a second living space. This family room has a generous couch and TV with Netflix too. The indoors and in outdoors integrate beautifully via a glass sliding door which open onto the timber deck framed by lush lawns. Enjoy an afternoon/evening BBQ with friends/family and lay the spread on the outdoor table. Two additional bedrooms reside on the middle level. One bedroom with a Queen bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds. The spacious main bathroom with separate shower and bathtub service these bedrooms. While the full size laundry with washing machine and dryer makes holidaying a breeze.
Venture up to the top level and you’ll be fretted by the open kitchen and dining area. With a walk in pantry and plenty of beach space, this area is a culinary delight. Glass sliding doors connect this space to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with a view. Also segregated on this level is the master suite with king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with dual basin and dual shower heads. The ideal space to retreat after a day exploring and soaking up the sun.
A calming abode with all the modern comforts, this property will be your home away from home. You can even bring your furry friends with pets allowed but limited to a maximum of 2 and no massive/crazy dogs.
