Our prestigious property is furnished to the very highest standard and consists of 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and lanai. Our prominent home is fully air-conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay truly memorable. The expanded outside pool area and lanai compliment our property which is the largest available in the Trafalgar Village resort. The Trafalgar Village community is centered around a luxurious club house (a 2 minute stroll from the property) with amenities that include a man made beach and lagoon, lakes (stocked for fishing), a pool and games arcade room, a 48 seat movie theatre, a fitness room, a business center and a huge community swimming pool together with spa, walking paths, and jogging trails. The Resort offers visitors a unique combination of community amenities and comfortably appointed vacation home.
This spacious vacation home provides the ideal home-away-from-home base for all your family's plans. Located near Walt Disney Resort, historic Kissimmee and the Orlando International Airport, the home features a spacious two story open floor plan, and a screened-in porch area. With beautiful ceramic tile throughout the home and soft carpeting in each of the bedrooms, the home is guaranteed to be comfortable. The large kitchen features all the modern appliances and utensils guests would need.
The living room features comfortable seating area with a large 2 panel sliding glass door that opens the home up onto the Lanai. The home also features a full size washer and dryer for maximum convenience and utility. The Master suite features a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom with dual washbasins and double shower. There are two other bath/shower rooms.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience. Todd was easy to work with and highly responsive in communication. While the listing said it was close to the clubhouse, it was even closer than I had envisioned. There is a small playground just around the corner, and the clubhouse itself is the property right next to the building the unit is in. The clubhouse also has a beach area, where my tween enjoyed finding shells from the water. She brought home a really nice one! The one negative, which is not the owner's fault, is that the pool is not heated in the winter. It was very cold! They apparently have solar heating on it, but that's not really adequate after the fall. It was still nice to sit by the pool though in the lounge chairs, and we were there on an especially warm (low 80s) week in late December. The hot tub was comfortable. The unit had every item we could need, even a pizza cutter and champagne glasses (put to use on New Year's Eve). There were detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine, and enough TP and trash bags and paper towels for our three-day stay. We would have needed more TP if we had stayed longer though. My family felt this unit was an excellent value, so I give it the highest recommendation.
