This beautiful 3000 square foot, 4 Bedroom home sleeps 8+ and is located on the west side of Long Lake, Traverse City. Well maintained and ideally located close to boat launch.
Dining area and living rooms have beautiful views of Long Lake. Charter cable, Roku televisions, and high speed Wi-Fi are included. Kitchen newly remodeled with granite countertops.
First floor has 1 Queen bed and full bathroom across the hallway. Laundry area with washer and dryer across the hall.
Second floor has one (1) Queen bed in Lakeview bedroom and includes a deck with lovely views of Long Lake. Full bathroom just down the hall. Second bedroom has one (1) Double and another option of a one (1) Twin bed. A separate large sitting area with its own bathroom has TV and video games with three (3) couches that turn into twin sleeper beds. Large back bedroom has one (1) King bed and two (2) sets of twin bunk beds (4 total twin beds).
The boat dock is available during the summer months as you are conveniently close to the public boat launch. Roku TV’s with Charter cable in all bedrooms, basketball hoop, deck with two tables, and lovely fire pit area. Gas grill available. Central air conditioning. Linens are provided. Non-Smoking. Garage is not available for use. No pets allowed.
5 Minutes to Long Lake Grocery, 8 minutes from Fieldstone Market Deli, and Moomers Ice Cream. Only 20 minutes away from major shopping on M37. 10 minutes to Interlochen, and 30 minutes to Crystal Mountain.
